Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist for a clinic-based orthopedic/outpatient setting in Ithaca, NY. You will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services, from initial evaluation through discharge, with a focus on patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Prior outpatient physical therapy experience is preferred.
• Active state license or eligibility to obtain a PT license.
• DPT degree or higher from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapies including exercises, manual therapy, modalities.
• Educate patients on exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Document progress, discharge plans, and ensure infection control.
