Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma in good standing.
• 1 year experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and goals.
• Diagnose movement impairments and functional limitations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress.
• Use exercises, manual therapy, and equipment to reduce pain and improve mobility.
• Educate patients and families about recovery and prognosis.
• Set clear goals and monitor outcomes of the care plan.
• Maintain accurate records and adjust plans as patient progresses.
