Qualifications

• DPT degree or equivalent legacy degree from CAPTE-accredited program.
• Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain license.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to travel between clinic locations.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility and function.
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, balance, vestibular, and mobility-related conditions.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve outcomes.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize AI-powered documentation to streamline charts and maximize time with patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 10–12 patient visits per day for full-time clinicians.
