Top Echelon Software, LLC. in Gratiot, OH, is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehab to join a Forbes-listed top-tier facility. You’ll evaluate, plan and deliver patient-centered therapy in a collaborative setting with access to EPIC EMR and state-of-the-art equipment.

This role requires a degree in Physical Therapy, Ohio license, and at least one clinical rotation in Rehabilitation Services. We offer a competitive hourly rate, a sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• Degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or able to obtain.
• Minimum of one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting (e.g., Acute Rehab, SNF, Acute Medical, Outpatient, Home Health, and/or Behavioral Health).

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, plan, and provide treatment for patients referred to the service.
• Deliver group and/or individual treatment to patients with a variety of diagnoses and presenting symptoms.
