Qualifications

• Current Oklahoma license or registry eligibility in Physical Therapy.

• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians, and supervision of PT assistants in accordance with the Oklahoma Practice Act.
• Ensure services align with departmental policies, standards of treatment, and organizational values.
