Ascension Providence in Waco, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will assess patients, develop individualized care plans and deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote recovery and function.

The role requires a PT credential through the Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners within 6 months of hire, a Bachelor's degree, and BLS within 1 month. Master's or Doctorate is preferred, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• PT credentialed from the Texas Board within 6 months of hire.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and design personalized outpatient care plans.
• Deliver therapeutic PT interventions to support recovery.
• Modify treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations for safe progress.
• Guide therapy assistants, students and support staff to maintain high standards.
