Job summary

Star Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Highland clinic as a full-time clinician. You will conduct comprehensive PT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients, while supervising support staff and maintaining clinical documentation.

New graduates are encouraged to apply. A Tennessee PT license and CPR certification are required, along with proficiency in EMR and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state of Tennessee Physical Therapist license.
• CPR certification.
• Ability to work efficiently/effectively in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations to assess ROM, strength, balance, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, Exercise Physiologists, Technicians, and students in direct and indirect patient care.
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined in the PT evaluation.
• Contribute to program development and participate in educational activities for personal and professional growth.
