Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Tennessee. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and document patient progress while collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff.

The role includes supervising PTAs and contributing to program development, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• CPR certification and ability to respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations (ROM, strength, gait, daily activities).
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, exercise physiologists, technicians, and students.
• Contribute to program development and educational activities.
