Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality care across our clinics in Tennessee. You will conduct comprehensive evaluations, design individualized treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities include supervising therapy staff, participating in program development, and engaging with community outreach. TN licensure and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Tennessee PT license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive PT evaluations including ROM, strength, balance, and activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
