STAR Physical Therapy, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform comprehensive evaluations and create individualized treatment plans. You will maintain records, interact with patients and families, and supervise support staff to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
• Basic PC skills including EMR, database software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations assessing physical status, ROM, strength, posture, gait, balance and ADLs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports per facility procedures.
• Interact professionally with patients, families and staff.
• Supervise PTAs, therapists, technicians, and students in direct/indirect care.
• Ensure supervised personnel carry out treatments as outlined in evaluations.
• Contribute to program development and participate in education activities for growth.
• Assist in outreach community events as directed by Clinic Director.
