Job summary

STAR Physical Therapy in Tennessee is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a growing network. You will perform comprehensive PT evaluations, build individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities include documentation, supervision of support staff, and participation in program development and community outreach. TN licensure and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Current Tennessee Physical Therapist license (PT).
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, and staff.
• Supervise PT assistants, exercise professionals, and students as directed.
