WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient opportunity in Fort Collins. You will provide one-on-one care in a supportive team with allocated documentation time and a flexible schedule, with potential to move to full-time.

New graduates are welcome to apply, and orthopedic/neurological care is part of the caseload. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing care plans, and educating patients on exercises and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
