Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient facility in Fort Collins. Exercise-based, one-on-one patient care with a supportive team and flexible documentation time. New graduates are welcome to apply and grow in a collaborative setting.

The role emphasizes orthopedic and neurological care with manual therapy and evidence-based treatments to improve mobility and quality of life. In-person work with opportunities to transition to full-time.

Qualifications

• DPT or PT degree required or eligible for licensure.
• Experience as PT preferred but new grads welcome.
• Strong skills in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to patient needs and goals.
• Educate patients on conditions and home exercise programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with care team.
