WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist for an outpatient opportunity with our client in Fort Collins. You will work one-on-one with patients, in a supportive clinical team, with a flexible schedule and dedicated documentation time during the day.

New graduates are welcome to apply! The role focuses on orthopedic and neurological conditions, using manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and evidence-based treatment to improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment tailored to each patient’s needs and functional goals.
• Educate patients about their conditions, home exercises, and recovery.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communicate with the care team.
