Advocate Health Lincoln - Outpatient Rehabilitation in Catawba Spring is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and develop comprehensive care plans. You will coordinate modalities, exercise programs, and patient education within a holistic approach to discharge needs.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, an active state license, and BLS; strong documentation and teamwork are essential to support physicians and rehabilitation staff.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Applicable state Physical Therapy license required.
• BLS certification per policy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patients and establishes care plans with modalities and education.
• Gathers and interprets data from medical records and family; documents progress.
• Communicates progress to physicians and coordinate treatment and discharge planning.
• Supervises PTA(s) and Rehab Tech/Aide as required for licensure.
