Compleat Rehab & Sports Therapy in Gastonia, NC is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for our outpatient clinic. You will deliver evidence-based care, document evaluations, and collaborate with PTAs and front-desk staff to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed (or eligible) Physical Therapist in North Carolina.
• New graduates and experienced therapists are welcome; mentorship programs available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to address pain, mobility, and functional deficits.
• Accurately document evaluations, progress, and daily treatment notes per compliance standards.
• Supervise PTAs and techs; coordinate with front desk and clinical staff to ensure seamless care.
• Conduct evaluations to develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs to promote independence and long-term outcomes.
