Job summary

Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Spokane team. You will evaluate patients, design personalized treatment plans, and apply evidence-based rehabilitation techniques to help patients reach their goals in an outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy, meets licensure requirements, and can work well with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required or eligible for licensure.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Patient Evaluation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ mobility and functional abilities.
• Treatment Planning: Develop individualized plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, modalities, and education.
• Documentation: Use Raintree to maintain timely patient progress records.
• Patient Education: Inform patients and families about rehab processes and home programs.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly adjust plans based on progress and feedback.
• Professional Development: Stay updated on the latest research and practice.

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
