Inspire Physical & Hand Therapy, part of Therapy Partners Group, is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our Spokane outpatient clinic. You will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapies to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Outpatient experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assess patients' physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Apply therapies including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities.
• Document progress and outcomes in the patient record.
• Educate patients and families about rehabilitation and home programs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and evidence-based practices.
