Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, establishing individualized treatment plans based on diagnosis and patient goals.
• Implement and adapt therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices that address the needs of orthopaedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal functional outcomes.
• Foster a patient-centered approach by demonstrating exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes, contributing to case discussions and treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse patient population spanning various age groups and conditions, fostering relationships with clients who undergo treatment for injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic conditions, and preventive care. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
