Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Massachusetts PTA license (or in progress).
• 1+ year of outpatient experience preferred.
• Team mindset and clear communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Provide hands-on interventions and therapeutic exercise.
• Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate treatment documentation.
• Modify interventions as directed to support patient progress, safety, and comfort.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to deliver exceptional care.

Hourly Rate: $31 to $36 per hour
