Job summary

FlexPlus Physical Therapy is a patient-focused outpatient clinic located in Framingham, MA. We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role within a collaborative rehab team treating a wide range of patients.

You will carry out individualized treatment plans, assist with therapeutic exercises, monitor progress, and educate patients on proper techniques. A supportive, team-oriented environment and ongoing professional growth are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid PTA license in Massachusetts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new grads encouraged to apply.

We’re currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and experienced rehab team treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
• Educate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

• Valid PTA license in Massachusetts
• Associate’s degree from an accredited PTA program
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior outpatient experience preferred, but new grads are encouraged to apply!

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly pay: $32–$38/hour (commensurate with experience)
