FlexPlus Physical Therapy is a patient-focused outpatient clinic in Framingham, MA, hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time role. You will work with a collaborative rehab team, implementing individualized treatment plans and guiding patients through exercises to improve mobility and reduce pain.

The ideal candidate holds a MA PTA license, an Associate’s degree, CPR certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Massachusetts PTA license.
• Associate’s degree from accredited PTA program.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques.

We’re currently hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position. This role offers the chance to join a collaborative and experienced rehab team treating a wide variety of patients and conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by supervising PTs
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatmentEducate patients and families on exercises and proper techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional therapy environment
• Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care
