Job summary

Physical Therapy U is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our outpatient team. You will work under a Physical Therapist to deliver care that restores strength, mobility, and function for patients across our clinics.

We emphasize collaborative care, manageable caseloads, and ongoing professional development. Eligible candidates should have a CAPTE-accredited PTA program degree and a current PTA license or eligibility.

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility to obtain one.

The Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) is a licensed provider who works under the direction of a Physical Therapist to aid in the provision of patient care. The PTA uses a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination and body alignment, to relieve pain and to improve movement and function.
