Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Franklin, NC is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This full-time role offers a salary of $80,000-$99,000 annually plus a $7,500 sign-on bonus; new graduates are welcome to apply.

You will evaluate and treat patients with diverse conditions, develop individualized plans of care, collaborate with our clinical team, and support patients in achieving their mobility and functional goals in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist license or eligibility for North Carolina licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team.
• Desire to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to support continued progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team.
• Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care.
• Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards.
