FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers Elizabeth, CO is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient care. You’ll provide true 1:1, hands-on PT with individualized plans and meaningful patient relationships.

This role offers a competitive salary, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, profit sharing up to $1,500 per month, CE stipend, 401(k) match, and comprehensive benefits. Mentorship for new grads is provided, with growth and leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Colorado or eligible for licensure.
• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• New graduates encouraged to apply with mentorship provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-first, collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
