FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Leesburg, GA is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized plans of care, and collaborate with a supportive team to achieve patient goals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Georgia licensure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and exercises.
• Maintain clinical documentation and collaborate with the clinical team.
