FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Concord, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The role offers part-time or full-time options and a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible extended hours.

You will manage an orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological caseload, delivering evidence-based care designed to improve balance and function. Competitive salary, bonuses, and relocation/sign-on incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in outpatient settings across diverse conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and communicate clearly with patients and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients in a broad outpatient caseload.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Document care accurately in EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support patient experience and referrals.
