Job summary

NovaCare Rehabilitation in Franklin, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist - Outpatient to join our busy outpatient practice. You will treat a diverse range of diagnoses in a patient-focused environment with some evenings and occasional Saturdays as needed.

This salaried role starts at $70,000 and up, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $350/month student loan repayment for the life of the loan. Our benefits include mentorship, education for growth, generous PTO, health plans, and a 401(k) retirement

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Complete and maintain all required training and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend center meetings as directed by the center manager.
