Outpatient Physical Therapist - $10K Sign on Bonus!

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an Outpatient Physical Therapist in Ocean County, NJ, and enjoy a $10,000 Sign-on Bonus! We are seeking full-time professionals, including new grads, who are eager to grow their outpatient skills and provide personalized patient care.

Responsibilities:

1. Make outpatient visits within designated geographic areas.
2. Perform diagnostic tests and assessments, including mobility, strength, balance, and safety evaluations.
3. Develop and implement individualized care plans with manual exercises, gait training, and other interventions.
4. Reassess and update care plans, collaborating with nursing staff as needed.
5. Educate patients and families on rehabilitative activities to promote independence and safety.
6. Document all client interactions and interventions accurately using electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Current NJ Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records; prior EMR experience preferred.
