Job summary

North Country Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and other diagnoses to improve strength, range of motion, endurance and function.

The outpatient PT will work out of the Gorham clinic and may float to other facilities at least two days per week. The role requires graduation from an APTA-accredited program and NH licensure; a bachelor’s degree is required, with a master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy license from New Hampshire.
• Bachelor's degree minimum, Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical conditions to improve strength, ROM, endurance and function.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function.
• Outpatient PT at Gorham clinic with willingness to float to other facilities at least 2 days per week.
