Job summary

North Country Healthcare is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across orthopedic, neurological, and complex-medical conditions in an outpatient setting. You will use therapeutic exercise, modalities, and functional activities to maximize patient outcomes and may float to other Gorham-area facilities up to two days per week.

The role requires a graduate from an APTA-accredited program and a current NH license; bachelor’s degree is mandatory, master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy license from New Hampshire.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Physical Therapy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and other diagnoses affecting function.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve functional goals.
• Outpatient PT duties with potential to float to other facilities at least 2 days per week.
