Job summary

North Country Healthcare (NCH) is seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, helping restore strength, range of motion and endurance. The outpatient Gorham clinic will be the base, with opportunities to float to other facilities.

The role uses therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activity-based interventions to maximize function. Eligible for a commencement bonus of $10,000 (50% at hire, 50% after six months).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program.
• Must hold a current and valid Physical Therapy practice license granted from the New Hampshire Office of Allied Health Professions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, and other diagnoses affecting strength, ROM, endurance, and function.
• Utilize therapeutic exercise, modalities, and activities to achieve the highest level of function.

Education

APTA accredited program

Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy

Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy (preferred)
