We’re working on behalf of an award-winning health and wellness center that takes pride in providing an environment that allows their therapists to be their best with patient care that is 100% PT directed. Their facility is state-of-the-art facility is undergoing an extensive remodel that will create balance and longevity areas and an updated clinic area that is second to none. While other PT clinics are using aides, seeing multiple patients at once, cutting to 20-minute appointments, their practice still sees patients for 30 or 60-minute treatments.

We seek candidates with California PT licensure for the role of Outpatient Physical Therapist. The person in this role will join a PT practice that boasts a casual environment without productivity requirements. The practice is open from 7 am – 7 pm, offering flexible schedules to fit the needs of the PT’s.

Candidates must be licensed as a PT in the state of California or have already initiated the California PT licensure process. Our ideal candidate would be a Physical Therapist that values non-corporate, non-hospital owned clinics with a more relaxed collaborative environment (where they have time to treat their patients and feel supported by their manager).

The role offers competitive compensation ($93,000 - $114,000 based on experience) as well as Profit sharing, continuing education support, medical and more.
