Ready to join? We are looking for a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This position will be based at the Park Ridge, IL clinic. Our PTs plan, implement, and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Evaluates patients and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Establishes appropriate, functional, and objective goals based on clinical examination.
  • Devises detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
  • Provides exceptional patient care and service.
  • Maintains friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; fosters a positive work atmosphere through respectful communication.
  • Cultivates relationships with patients and the community.
  • Provides continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure consistent care.
  • Maintains patient charts, clinical logs, and checklists necessary for compliance.
  • Ensures patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Communicates effectively in a professional setting.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply)
  • CPR Certified

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually. Compensation is determined by factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, location, market data, and internal equity. Base pay is only part of the total rewards.
