Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance seeks a Physical Therapist to practice at the top of their license with autonomy and strong mentorship. You will focus on 1:1 patient care with a low daily patient volume, supported by AI-assisted documentation to minimize after-hours charting.

The role includes structured onboarding, mentorship hours, and opportunities for Orthopedic Residency and specialty paths.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically, contribute to a team, and practice thoughtfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 patient care with a patient volume under 12 per day.
• Engage in AI-supported documentation and Prompt EMR to reduce after-hours charting.
• Participate in an onboarding and mentorship program with leadership guidance.
• Make PT-led clinical decisions and own the plan of care.

• 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks

• Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
• Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
• In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
