Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance in the Greater South Shore is seeking a PT who wants to actually practice, not chase productivity numbers. Peak is a teaching practice with clinical autonomy, mentorship, and leadership pathways designed to prevent burnout.

You’ll provide 1:1 patient care, benefit from AI-supported documentation to reduce after-hours charting, and work with supportive leadership and on-floor exercise specialists.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Desire to grow clinically within a teaching environment.

Mentorship & Professional Development

• 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
• Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
• Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
• Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
• In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
