Job summary

Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Performance, a Highbar Practice, is seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on the South Shore. Enjoy clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a career built around practicing at the top of your license.

You will work in a teaching-focused environment with 1:1 patient care, low patient volume, and a strong commitment to clinician development through structured onboarding and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program.
• Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Desire to grow clinically and contribute to a team.

• In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
