Job summary

NovaCare Baltimore, part of the NovaCare Rehabilitation network, is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient services at the Merritt Downtown Athletic Club location. The role focuses on orthopedic and related therapies with a structured onsite mentorship for new graduates and opportunities to expand into leadership and other specialties.

• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients.
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors.
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager.
• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.

We offer a structured, onsite mentorship program designed to support your professional growth from day one. Your primary caseload will be in orthopedics, and our experienced, supportive clinicians are eager to collaborate with you and help you expand your skill set. Additional specialties are welcome.
