Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient registration and basic care in Outpatient Services.
• Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, drug/alcohol screening and specimen collection as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect upfront payments as required.
• Enter and verify patient data in the EHR; maintain accurate records.
• Refer complex financial questions to counselors and assist with payment plans.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with hospital standards.
