Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify/enter new patient data in the EHR.
• Perform phlebotomy, ECGs, drug screens, and sample collection.
• Explain orders and maintain confidentiality.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Refer accounts to financial counselors as needed.
• Adhere to quality standards and AIDET when interacting with patients.
