Intermountain Health's St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado is launching a new outpatient pharmacy.

Qualifications
- High School or equivalent is required.
- Current pharmacy technician certification and/or license applicable to state of practice.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations and statutes regarding pharmacy practice.
Responsibilities
- Assists pharmacists in collecting patient information and maintaining records.
- Prepares medication orders for dispensing and performs calculations.
- Ensures accuracy checks are performed with supervision of a pharmacist.
- Maintains medication supplies and controlled substance inventories.
- Communicates with caregivers and participates in quality and patient safety initiatives.
