ChristianaCare is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacy Supervisor to provide operational leadership for outpatient services. You will serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge for assigned locations, overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and driving performance with a collaborative team.

The role requires a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, Delaware licensure (or ability to obtain), and at least three years in outpatient management, with immunizer and BLS/CPR

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.
• PharmD degree from ACPE-accredited college preferred.
• Current Delaware pharmacist licensure or ability to obtain.
• Licensure in NJ/PA/MD may be required based on needs.
• Certified Pharmacist Immunizer required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Minimum of three years of outpatient pharmacy management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of outpatient pharmacy services.
• Serve as PIC and Pharmacist of Record, ensuring compliance with federal/state laws.
• Oversee dispensing operations and workflow focusing on safety and quality.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary pharmacy team.
• Manage recruitment, scheduling, coaching and performance management.
• Develop staffing plans to support patient care and efficiency.
• Monitor metrics and implement action plans to reach goals.
• Participate in budget management and financial objectives.
• Lead quality improvement, workflow redesign and automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support strategic priorities.
