ChristianaCare Pharmacy at Wilmington Hospital Retail Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacist. Weekend rotation coverage is required and you will dispense medications, provide pharmaceutical care, and ensure accuracy and safety of orders.

You will supervise pharmacy staff, manage drug inventory, and support training programs while promoting cost-effective patient care within a leading Delaware health system.

Formación

• BS in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred.
• Current licensure or eligibility to reciprocate in Delaware.
• Previous community pharmacy supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to patients.
• Review and verify prescription accuracy and safety.
• Promote OTC products and manage inventory and formulary compliance.
• Supervise pharmacy staff and coordinate resources for efficient care.
• Prepare compounded/sterile meds and support interns and trainees.
• Maintain patient medication records per regulatory standards.
