Job summary

Signature Health in Ohio seeks a Manager, Pharmacy to lead the head Pharmacist at an outpatient location. You will ensure compliance with regulations, safe patient care, and timely prescription processing, while guiding a pharmacy team to deliver excellence.

You will mentor staff, collaborate with clinicians, optimize operations, manage inventory, and uphold outstanding customer service to support patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid unencumbered Registered Pharmacist (RPh) License in Ohio required.
• 5+ years’ of pharmacy experience with 3+ years’ as a supervising pharmacist required.
• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited university; MS, MBA or PharmD preferred.
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient pharmacy team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety.
• Provide pharmacist duties including prescription review and counseling.
• Lead talent development and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve patient outcomes.
• Manage inventory, ordering and audits.
