CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager in Ohio to lead a pharmacy team, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, and deliver high-quality patient care. The role involves onboarding staff, coaching, and ensuring compliance with state regulations while supporting immunizations and patient services.

The position emphasizes leadership, schedule management, and collaboration with store leadership to maintain a patient‑focused, compliant operation.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task over a period of time, pivot quickly between tasks as needed
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively help people in a friendly manner
• Communication Skills: use and understand verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues
• Mathematical Reasoning: perform pharmacy calculations for prescriptions, days’ supply and counts
• Problem Resolution: handle challenging patient or colleague interactions and choose best course of action
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift and carry items as needed
• Team Management and Leadership: lead by example, delegate tasks and empower team members
• Any additional tasks as directed by Supervisor or Manager
