Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Licensed in the applicable state or eligible for reciprocity.
• At least 2 years of work-related pharmacy experience.

Responsabilités

• Makes employment, promotion, discipline, and termination decisions with Pharmacy Leadership.
• Evaluates teammate performance and ensures regulatory compliance (DEA, FDA, State Board).
• Oversees staffing and scheduling to ensure safe patient care.
• Coordinates interdepartmental services and participates in committees.
• Ensures policies promote safe and effective use of medications.
• Plans new or revised pharmacy services based on innovations and regulations.
• Assesses performance and provides ongoing care/service assessments.
• Supports Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee decisions.
• Initiates training for pharmacy teammates.
• Designs and monitors patient-specific pharmacotherapeutic regimens.
• Supervises daily preparation and dispensing of pharmaceuticals.
