Job summary

2–3 years in community/retail pharmacy preferred. Responsibilities include comprehensive dispensing, clinical verification, leading staff, inventory management, and a Meds-to-Beds program to improve transitions from hospital to home.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
• Licensure: Current license to practice as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Ohio.
• 2-3 years of community/retail pharmacy preferred.
• Demonstrates effective communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and manage pharmaceutical care with supervision.
• Work independently with minimal supervision in a stressful environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services including preparation, clinical verification, dispensing, and distribution of medications in accordance with regulations and policies.
• Serve as a clinical resource and lead pharmacy support staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness related to pharmacy laws and medication safety.
