Pediatric Associates Boca Raton, Florida, United States seeks a Full-time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our practice in Boca Raton, FL. The schedule is four days per week with rotated Saturday; newborn rounding at Boca/West Boca; no on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Pediatrics residency (ACGME/AOA) required.
• Current, unrestricted FL medical license or ability to obtain.
• Current, unrestricted FL DEA license or ability to obtain.
• Board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics within five years of completing training.
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges.
• BLS certification is required.
• PALS as required for hospital appointment.

Responsibilities

• Newborn rounding at Boca/West Boca.
• Full-time position with four days per week and rotated Saturday.
• EMR: eClinical Works.
• No call schedule.
• Provide pediatric care with a compassionate, family-centered approach.

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State of Florida
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) as required for hospital appointment
