Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, delivering evidence-based therapies and documenting care in the EMR. This full-time role offers a 40-hour workweek with dayshift availability.

Requirements include PA licensure, a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, and a preference for at least two years of related experience. Comprehensive benefits start on day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Required).
• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (PA).
• PA license is required to practice.
• Minimum 2 years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Performs Physical Therapy evaluations according to policy and patient needs.
• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan.
• Administers effective PT treatment program.
• Performs discharge planning efficiently and effectively.
• Completes documentation per policy and patient care standards.
• Promotes safety for patients, staff, and visitors at all times.
• Participates in departmental and interdepartmental operations.
