Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking a per diem Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages, coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team. You will document evaluations and treatments, develop and revise care plans, and contribute to discharge education and family training.

Position requires PA state OT licensure, NBCOT certification, and a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, with clinical documentation and patient education integral to daily practice at

• PA State license in Occupational Therapy is required.
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, directs, plans, and provides Occupational Therapy treatment for patients of all ages.
• Documents patient care and treatment results in medical records per department policies.
• Completes assessments and develops plans of care with patient, family, and care team.
• Coordinates discharge planning and patient/family education.
• Maintains compliance with department guidelines, safety and regulatory requirements.
